All sessions at EnSoul are done via a spiritual perspective by Kat who has been a Psychic Medium in the community for over 16 years. Using psychic abilities, known as 'clairvoyance' and working with your energy, Kat can help navigate your life direction and path to bring awareness and awakening to your consciousness to initiate the change that you seek by "seeing" the answers you may need.
Using her abilities, she often finds the answers for you without you asking the questions. Sessions with Kat will leave you feeling confident, empowered and have a new sense of happiness and excitement within. Kat has an Advanced Diploma in Holistic Counselling, an advanced Diploma in Meditation Therapy, Ascension Reiki Healer, Relaxation Massage Therapist, and a qualified Life Coach, and a practicing white witch, however, she chooses to use her innate spiritual gifts as a Psychic Medium to bridge the gap between heaven and earth to help you connect to the deepest parts of yourself from a spiritually based understanding so you can live your most positive happiest life.

Ascension Reiki Healing + Mini Reading
Using her intuitive psychic abilities and the energy of Ascension Reiki, Kat will help you to unlock the energy blockages you have within and help you to release it. At the end of the energy clearing Kat will provide you with a "mini reading" of everything she needs to tell you about your energy. This is an energy based session, using a hands on technique (not massage) to deliver the energy directly to you. This is a truly incredible experience and one that must be experienced to understand. Everyone experiences something different energetically and no two sessions are the same, or will be the same, that's what is so unique about it. There are no words for this experience and only when you feel the effects of it will you know. A deep energy reset, with long lasting effects, physically, emotionally and spiritually in the most positive way.

Conversations with Spirit
Have questions? Stuck in a rut? Living a groundhog kind of day/life? Need some answers or spiritual guidance for your life path? In this session, using her psychic abilities "clairvoyance" Kat will connect to your energy and the spiritual realm to answer any questions you might have for your life. This is an 'interactive session' with Kat chatting directly with your guides, and her own, to answer the questions you have that you've been wanting to ask. This is NOT a life reading where Kat reads you without you saying anything, this is interactive so you are the one asking the questions that 'you' want the answers too. She will do her very best to answer them for you, as advised by spirit. Kat works as a conduit for spirit to pass the messages you need to hear.
This session is for people who want genuine change in life and are looking for direction, clarity and are COMPLETELY ready for that change and are READY to hear the answers.
Psychic Readings
In this session Kat will read you "without" the need for you to ask her questions. Using psychic abilities "clairvoyance" Kat will access what she refers to as your life map and help you to navigate your path easier and with more confidence in doing so. When you arrive at this session you are not asked any questions, other than your name. Then Kat will allow spirit to give her the answers, and spirit runs the session, without you having to ask any questions. Spirit always works on it's the basis of what you need to know in this session, not what you "want". Spirit drives this session, for the best interest of the sitter. You may "think" you want xyz answered, but spirit always knows best and works this way at all times. An open heart and an open mind is required. This session is all about life, and not to be confused with mediumship service.
Mediumship Readings
In this session Kat will connect to your loved ones in spirit. Kat prides herself on providing validation and evidential support that life exists after physical death and she will provide you with the evidence that you need through personal memories or mementos that your loved ones were known for, and with that you will know your loved ones are still with you every step of the way. With complete unconditional love spirit will also show you that they still have an interest in your day to day and they will happily share that they are involved in every part of your life by providing you with the evidential support that they are. The truly most beautiful connection one can experience. Must be heart open and ready for the depth of this session. If your loss is recent, under 12 months, I suggest waiting to fully allow the messages so your heart is not blocked by grief, Kat can see if you are ready or not for this deeply moving, healing session one of which you need to be ready for to fully enjoy what it is meant to provide - closure, peace, contentment, love & healing.
Psychometry Energy Art
Drawing with soft pastels on A3 black paper, Kat captures the energy of the spirit guide/angel/loved one/alien/being who wishes to make themselves known to you. (no requests, it's up to spirit).
They are not simply a picture, but essence of spirit on paper that you can genuinely feel upon contact with it. You will feel a deep connection to the picture, like a long lost friend you haven't seen in years. You will experience a knowing, a welcoming, a smile in your soul that you truly are loved, supported and you are never alone. Using psychometry, all that is needed is a picture of the sitter (the person who wants the drawing done for self or for another as a gift) and the rest will flow. Kat will also provide a hand written or typed (depending on what spirit asks her to do it could arrive in either format) reading to go along with your drawing of all the things you need to know. Her impressions (are written or typed) in psychic form to help you on your journey, along with any messages or guidance spirit has to offer. For clarity and connection, this may be the unique reading you are looking for. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your drawing and reading to be done, these are done via distance and not currently available in person.
